A REALTOR® since 1986, Chip is licensed in Texas, Florida, and Tennessee. Today, his primary real estate focus is serving clients in Tyler and the surrounding East Texas market, while continuing to represent longtime and lifetime clients in Destin and Northwest Florida, where he has owned and operated a boutique real estate brokerage for more than 20 years.
